White Teeth..?

I feel like I%26#039;v been wasting my money buying listerine whitening thingy and the blue thingy..which is kinda a lot of money..


Cuz there supposed to whiten your teeth and keep them white.. and ok..they kinda do but like today..cuz I use it everyday..once a day..and yea I use it and today after I ate some fish and something my teeth got sooo yellow..like wth...and I%26#039;v been using it for a long time..


And here I was thinking about getting white strips..but now I dunno.will THEY work..or no...what should I do..I use a good toothpaste too arm and hammer extra whitening triple power..or something like that and it%26#039;s really good..


But wat can I do..? I just really want my teeth to be white ...and stay white...

What you NEED to do is change what you eat.


Coffee, smoking, and other things will stain your teeth.
Reply:brush ur teeth with baking soda..it takes abt few weeks but it helps..it whitness it..its probally not the best taste but worth it..also i have stains on my teetha nd mmy desntist told me someppl get this from tea and coke type of drinks so i dont drink tea anymroe..which really helped
Reply:Get your teeth cleaned at the dentist more often than you do now. Use extra flouride toothpaste. Ask the dentist for teeth whitening gel.
