okk..i use Aquafresh Extreme Clean Whitening, it kinda of works but not really. im a teen. and i have always wanted white teeth but i dont want to use whitening stripes becuase i heard they ruin your gums. any ideas//suggestions!?! please i really want whitre teeth! thanks in advance:]

Reply:Just keep your teeth clean and avoid dark liquids like sodas and sugars that will stain your teeth.
Also, if your parents have dental insurance, ask them if you can ask your dentist. They can usually give you some great advice.
Reply:Try enamle toothpaste. It could be your enamle is ruined. Also, stay away from sodas and a lot of juices with food coloring. Brush your teeth after you eat and use mouthwash. I use pro-health, it works the best for me.
Reply:actually there aren't that bad on your gums.....they might make your teeth sore but sometimes that happens.......if u really want them whitened go talk to your dentist and ask them about in house whitning(laser whitning) or bleaching trays...doing the in house whitining they will bleach your teeth right there at the dental office but your teeth have a memory of how white they are and tend to go back to that color shading....so I also suggest the bleaching trays because you can use those everyday and get your teeth "used" to being that white and then if u need to touch them up every once in a while you can do so by using the trays again

you can see your dentist about a whitening system called zoom, although i personally havent used it and im assuming it can be expensive? but if you talk to ur dentist he/she may know other alternatives for whitening teeth
try a different kind of whitening tooth paste
