Teeth whitening systems do work, like whitestrips or night effects or those trays. Also whitening toothpaste has gotten a lot better. For the weight, eat right and exercise. Do lots of cardio work. For the face, use benzoyl peroxide or something prescribed like Retin A.

2. get a membership @ the gym
3. get a new toothbrush and toothpaste and continue to change them every month
4. brush ur teeth after every meal
5. get crest whitening strips
6. empty house of all makeup and skin products
7. buy aveeno soap bars, aveeno lotion, natural scrubs, and blackhead removers
Reply:Hello, I'm no expert, but I've lived a few years, and experience works for me, so I can answer your questions, and I hope I am helpful... I'm not sure the tooth whitening systems work; I've never tried them, and if I did, I'm not sure I would have the discipline to wear the things in my teeth, but as a general rule, after brushing, the enamel of your teeth is weakened, and vulnerable to attack... this attack can be in the form of discoloration, when drinking or eating anything within 20-30 minutes of brushing... makes it tough for coffee drinkers, in the morning! I brush my teeth, then shower, shave, etc. and drink some water in the AM, 20-30 minutes later, I then take my coffee. This is also true for any dark liquid; juices, etc. if it will stain a white shirt, it'll stain your teeth!
Your second question; black spots, I am not sure what you mean, but if they're blackheads, then Biore is one of many products that will help clear up your face... for more specific information, I'd contact a specialist for some information; a dermatologist for one.
Lastly, the weight loss; I had a period where I was depressed, lazy, and eating (and drinking) a lot. It was about 3yrs of my life, and I had gained a lot of weight!!! I finally decided I was going to lose my wieght, and I never went on a diet, I just got off my butt and moved! I walked 4 miles (fast!; speed walking almost), and started drinking a lot of water... eating fresh fruits, (not canned; they're stuffed with sugar!) and drinking 100% juices, Mango, Cranberry, and Grape juices... I made the Mango juice myself, so I know it was pure! Like I said, I never dieted, and didn't stop drinking beer either, but I did cut down a lot... well I had lost about 90+ lbs in 7 months, but I rember the first few months, I was averaging about 13lbs per month, losses. Before I knew it, I was throwing away all my fat clothes, and digging the clothes I had saved (because I knew I'd be back there one day), and I'm still at my ideal weight (well, I've gained a few pounds over the holidays, but that's normal).

Think of your body as a fuel efficient machine; put high quality fuel into it, (food), and run that machine, (exercise), as it was intended to be used, and it will in turn, increase it's efficiency, and beauty. It really helped me to know that I was also helping my dog, so if you have a dog to walk twice a day, get a harness %26amp; leash, and go for it!
If you get bored, change the place you go on your walks, if you get further bored, incorporate running, then walking then running again, whatever you can handle. Do this now, because when you get older, it gets harder. If you are disciplined to exercise now, then it'll come easier when you are in your 30's 40's 50's and beyond! But it should never stop; the body needs it's playtime.

go to your local drug mart and purchase a whitening tooth paste, or an oral rinse that speicalizes in whitening.. it works really good, you will notice a difference in your smile within a week .
- to lose that weight, try doing a cleanse.. try the master cleanse, you can lose up to 20 POUNDS !! in seriously, like a week or two.. once you get the weight off with the cleanse.. make sure you stick to it by eating lots of fruit, veggies, and fish.
also create a little work out plan, possibly going for a jog in the morining or night, or even just dancing.
