Not really for me but I just want to know how long it took other people. Please don't say don't try it! It's bad! Use whitestrips! Or don't use baking soda or hydrogen peroxide because they're bad. None of that. I know some of you probably never tried it or some of you tried it before and it didn't work. I don't want to hear that.
I just want to know. How long it took others to get their teeth white with this. DO NOT ANSWER IF YOU NEVER GOT WHITE TEETH WITH IT AND I MEAN USE BOTH OF THEM. sorry. Just been looking for a lot of similar answers and they all say something like that. And the bad part of Yahoo Answers is that people answer with something non-helpful like "IDK. Maybe" or "Try it".
Also can you please answer this question. How do you use it? Brush with it? Or apply on your teeth and leave it on for 15 minutes?

i used it for one week for 10 minutes? and it works very good.
Reply:You shouldn't use peroxide in your mouth...It's way to hard on the enamel of your teeth. The baking soda is fine...I mix it with a small amount of tooth paste and just brush my teeth regular only more times a day..like 5 or 6. The peroxide that the dentist uses to whiten teeth is a whole different thing than you using stuff from a bottle in your house.
The whitening strips work pretty well.. the ones that stay in place for a few minutes are the best. also crest mega whitening toothpaste is good..so is Colgage whitening..
be careful you only have one set of teeth and gums! ♥
