My dentist says I have have bad hygeine but i've had braces on for 3years and there just discolored I uset to have really white teeth now there brown yellowish. Now its got me all mad and got me abessing over my teeth like brushing them 3 times a day are 5 times. Aahhhh................

Nobody finds that attractive. You shouldve taken better care of your teeth when you were in braces. I had them, and now my teeth are gorgeous. You shouldnt have been stupid.
Reply:You can use Crest whitening strips if you are short on money. Otherwise I highly recommend getting them professionally whitened by a dentist. This can be pretty expensive but the results are dramatic.
Reply:Go and get them white'nd at the dentist, or get some teeth whitener from a shop.
My sister is a dental hygenist and always uses a whitener so they must work.
Reply:once you have allow your teeth to get brown due to what you have been eating while still young, it will be very hard for you to make them white as snow again, but just as you have been doing continue washing your teeth four to five times daily may be one day it will be white as you wanted. i wish you good luck in your babble with brown teeth.
