How do you get more white teeth?

Well, my teeth aren't yellow, but they aren't white, I was wondering is there are a fast easy way to get your teeth whitened? without going to the dentist

How do you get more white teeth?
Overall I would say that most of my patient's have had some measure of success with the Crest Whitestrips, some more than others. Our office uses Crest Supreme which are much stronger than what you can buy in a drugstore and don't cost that much more ($60.00 vs $30.00). You can purchase the drugstore version, but do yourself the favor of using them right after you get your teeth cleaned as any staining and buildup (tartar or plaque) will impede their ability to work. Also, don't use fluoride toothpaste before putting the strips on (same reason). The strips are probably your best low price alternative, much less than in office whitening or custom trays (about $500.00). I am also hearing happy reviews with the Aquafresh whitening trays, unlike the strips they don't have the tendency to slip or move). All of the methods (strips, trays, custom trays, in office whitening) have the potential to make your teeth temporarily sensitive, but will not harm the enamel. You might try to drink dark liquids through a straw and don't smoke. Most whitening toothpastes just remove stain on the surfaces of your teeth and therefore are not so effective. Whatever method you use it will not whiten your teeth for life, as you age your teeth will get darker and may need to be whitened again.

Good luck!

Reply:Just use the cheapest brand of whitestrips at the store. They don't need to be fancy or anything. As long as they have bleach and they stick to your teeth, that's all that matters. Brush your teeth and wipe them off with a towel to make sure they are dry. That way the strips will stay on longer. Do this for about an hour every day and soon you will see a difference. Once they are as white as you want, you can stop bleaching for about six months.
Reply:Brush with baking soda! It works faster than those white strips do, but be gentle! This is all they used to have 'back in the olden days' to brush their teeth with. I just put a little in the palm of my hand, put a moist toothbrush on it to pick it up, and put toothpaste on top of it. Get's smoker's plaque off pretty fast too. The taste might freak you out at first, but A. you'll get used to it B. it is cheap, and C. it is less harsh than chemicals =0D
Reply:No there's not really a fast way without going to the dentist.
