I brush my teeth twice a day with baking soda flouride toothpaste for 2 minutes but my teeth are still not perfectly white. I've been doing this for about 6 months. (I used to brush my teeth once a day.) Are there any special products that I can buy that can give me perfectly white teeth?
How to get White Teeth?
Try Crest whiting strips first. Make sure you read the insructions carefully and dont over use them because it can hurt and it doesnt make your teeth white any faster. If you have any tooth sensitivity it may worsen it. If you still haven't reached your desired shade of white then go to your dentist and he/she can make a whiting tray for your teeth and go from there. Try not to over use fluoride to because you can get florosis by doing that.

I do notice white teeth. Teeth are the first thing I notice on someone. I have done whitening myself. You can only get so white. People like Paula have Veneers. They are expensive, but give that fake look. They look great. I have some myself. I opted not to go "bright" white. I like a natural white better than a movie star white. I think they look fake. I get a lot of compliments on my teeth and my smile.

I NEED HELP. i wanna know if crest white strips work and if they will damage my teeth. im currently trying to brush with baking soda but the results havent been that great. is hydrogen peroxide safe on teeth? any other whitening remedies will help thank you

The 2 front teeth are generally whiter on everybody, since they have the thickest enamel. The next 2 are yellower and the eye teeth are the yellowest. This has to do with thickness of enamel and density of the dentin in the tooth. People with teeth that are all one color probably have veneers. Natural teeth are never all a uniform color (from tooth to tooth, top teeth to bottom teeth and from top of one tooth to bottom of one the same tooth)
Just don't use abrasives to scrub your teeth. You'll thin the enamel and make your teeth even yellower.

Reply:Use poroxide (spelling?) after you brush... And dont rinse after you use poroxide... trust me it does work... and it gets in between your teeth too... way better than the whitening strips.

Reply:Do you smoke by any chance? It's nicoteine build up on one tooth btsounds. If you don't smoke, your tooth is going to fall out someday. Go to the dentist before you try whitening it. It may just crack up if you do that.
Reply:Most all over the counter bleaches will work. The longer they are in contact with your teeth, the better they work. The 2 front teeth are generally whiter on everybody, since they have the thickest enamel. The next 2 are yellower and the eye teeth are the yellowest. This has to do with thickness of enamel and density of the dentin in the tooth. People with teeth that are all one color probably have veneers. Natural teeth are never all a uniform color (from tooth to tooth, top teeth to bottom teeth and from top of one tooth to bottom of one the same tooth)
Just don't use abrasives to scrub your teeth. You'll thin the enamel and make your teeth even yellower.
Reply:do not get too possessed with your teeth. The more you brush your teeth the enamel will wear out %26amp; the dentine will get exposed, which is yellow. To get back your whitness, need to use tooth whitners or bleachers.
