What is a cheap and safe way to get white teeth? I hate having yellow teeth. I am looking for a home do-it-yourself kit, but i have read so many bad things about them. What exactly are those kits doing to your teeth? Are they just basically dying them? Do they not remove the plaque? Why exactly are my teeth yellow? I don't drink coffee and have never smoked. Do you think it has something to do with eating to much sugar, and up until the age of 16 (i'm now 20), i only used to brush my teeth once a day?
