White teeth?

What is a quick, easy, and cheap way to whiten my teeth? I use a mouthwash, but it doesn't seem to work very well. Any suggestions?

Reply:I'm not surprised! Lady! Whose heard of using a mouthwash to whiten your teeth? The answer is to brush your teeth for atleast 15 minutes but not hard. If you brush them hard, they will become (more) yellow(er). And every night, take 1 tablespoon baking powder and lemon juice, make a paste, and brush your teeth with them. And the best of it, is Hydrogen Peroxide but it has a very foul taste and under no circumstances swallow it. And alternatively, you can get 'zoom cleaning' done from a dentist (Costly)
Reply:try brushing your teeth with baking soda.....it really helps!!!...mix some in a little container with some water and brush it onto your teeth....not too shabby and it works!

Reply:Try Crest whitening strips then use their toothpaste that works for me :)
Reply:Avoid coffee, tea, red wine, grapejuice, etc. Brush after EVERY meal with a Whitening toothpaste, floss once per day, and use Crest White Strips. The Rembrandt whitening rinse should help too.
