what are some easy ways to whiten teeth with out going to get them whitend or using whiteing tooth paste? Or whiteng strips? like some natural ways.

Brushing with baking soda or salt will whiten teeth. Eating fruits, such as apples will also clean your teeth. Stay away from sugars. Milk will strengthen teeth as well.
Reply:small amount of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide (3%) does it for me, I drink copious amounts of fresh brewed tea every day, so I may have extra need for whitening my teeth.
It wont leave your teeth white as gypsum or chalk, but it will remove tea stains.
