I just got this AquaWhite solution yesterday, I have to apply it for every night for 14 days and the results are expectant to last for a year. Its a home bleaching method.
My friend has tried it and says it really works. So lets see how it goes.
One more method, if you want a permenant solution. After you brush, put some water in your mouth and put your index finger inside your mouth and scrub your teeth. This really really works, I have tried it out myself. Results can be noticed within a week or two if you do it 2 times everyday after regular brushing.
