use whitening toothpaste.avoid consuming coffee,teas or sodas.
Reply:I am asking the same question myself sort of but I am trying to see if Trident Gum- you know the one that whitens a persons teeth really works. It is supposed t remove plaque but I need other people's oppinion on the subject. Just keep on brushing and flossing your teeth 3 times a day.
