Best Tooth paste and any other tips?

Crest extra whitening, it uses the best type of fluoride(sodium ), it has an ingredient to remove extrinsic stain ( stain on the surface of the tooth) that is caused by smoking, red wine etc. It also helps with calcucus(tartar) .
Reply:Personally, I feel that a whitening session at the dentist helps loads, and is a faster (abeit lazy) proccess.
And it's expensive too.
Reply:I use Colgate Simply White and I love it. It works great but make sure to use it on a regular basis. I also don't drink coffee or anything really dark or sugary. Drink lots of milk too.
Reply:I got some tips: Don't drink coffee. Don't smoke. The toothpaste does not matter :P Brush your teeth twice a day and use an electric toothbrush if you want
