How can i turn my teeth white again?

well, i used to have always white teeth. then all of a sudden, i don't know why my teeth become yellowish... i have several tooth pieses as well, so that i can't have a proper whitening liquid from the pharmacy. does anyone know good ways to get the teeth white in a more easy and more or less "natural" way?

if so ,try to dring less. Hard i know, but still, its a way!!





if you really cant do anything about it, you should go to the dentists- i think they can whiten teeth for you? but i'm not too ure,m try finding more out about it

but yer if u did decide to get them bleached go somewhere professional, DO NOT use kits.. as they might contain the wrong amount of peroxide.

I don't recommend you use it often because its not really healthy for your teeth.
Reply:You could just have your teeth cleaned regularly by your dentist or you could go in for that light whitening surgery. I'm not exactly sure how it works, but they shine an extremely bright light on your teeth and they're supposed to get whiter. Google it for more information, I guess.

There's a reason why it's so cheap and that's because it's rubbish and not the real deal.





You should only buy from legitimate companies who sell the tubes WITH the contents written onto them in which the peroxide comes. Not some cheap syringe in a plastic bag!





I touch up every now and again by buying 20% carbamide peroxide from nuwhite.net which costs me around £30 for 3 tubes.





I also use Supersmile (www.supersmile.com), don't bother with any of the other whitening toothpastes out there, this one not only cleans it bleaches at the same time, so works very well when you bleach with carmamide peroxide.





In 2 weeks you'll definately notice the difference,
Reply:It seems you need a profesional to look at those dentures of yours especially if got tooth peieces. If going on hols I reckon do it aboard. I got £760 worth for £80 in Thailand. It was so clean, the best service ever %26amp; realised people from all around the world went there for the same reason. Don't beleive the ignorant people as I came out like a 1960's house wife selling washing powder on the T.V.
Reply:just a few facts for you on whitening


1: In the uk on a dentist is allowed to chemically whiten teeth it is against the law for anyone else to do this. anything over 15% peroxide is dangerous and can lead to burns.


2: avoid abrasive toothpaste as these work by taking layers of enamel off the teeth.


3: tea, coffee, red wine smoking all stain the teeth if you drink alot of these try cutting down.


4: try using forever bright aloe vera toothpaste along with your usual toothpaste (reason for this as aloe vera toothpaste has no flouride added to it and flouride is important)
