Impossible for teeth to be white?

Hi. I am a 19 year old female and I consider myself to have good oral hygiene. I have had braces for 3 years. I brush 2 times a day with Crest whitening toothpaste, floss once a day, use a tongue scraper daily, and use mouthwash daily. I don't drink soda and I am on a low sugar diet. Despite this, I don't have white teeth. Before I got my braces my teeth weren't white either unless I used Crest Whitestrips. Well now I can't use white strips because of my braces so I'm stuck with pale yellow teeth. The color really bothers me! I've tried brushing with baking soda but I stopped doing that because I heard it can harm my braces. Is it possible to just not be able to have white teeth? Any tips on how I can whiten my teeth with braces?

Thanks!

thats just the natural shade of your teeth. unless you bleach hard core, you will not have white teeth. i am a dental technician and there is virtually nobody with white teeth. the girls you see on tv with the stark white teeth, they are laminates.
Reply:Teeth are naturally a pale yellow color. It is nothing to be bothered by. Just keep up the good oral hygiene and once the braces come off you can treat yourself to an in-office whitening (ZOOM or any other). It will be worth the wait!
Reply:yeh, i know! my dentist tried to make my teeth white ( i filled it in on a survey ) and at the end of my check up, nothing really happend ( although it felt white , i could even taste it ) ! u should pick the dentist girl as best answer!
